Weight Loss
To my cousin's amazement, I was very open about the weight I gained during my preganancy. In total, I gained 65 lbs. Since I documented every pound gained on my blog, I decided to also document every pound I lose. (Hopefully, this will keep me focused and on track) I've lost 27 lbs since I had Kirsten. I think a lot of that weight was fluid but I have also been watching what I eat. Today, I started my workout regimen. Since it's only been a little over two weeks since I had my c-section I am working out in moderation to start off. I walked half a mile in our neighborhood today and I plan on working my way up to 2 miles within the next two weeks. After 6 weeks have passed since my surgery, I plan on taking an aerobics class at the gym 3 days a week. My goal is to lose 20 more pounds in the next ten weeks before I go back to work. We'll see how it goes....wish me luck!
